Early summer has arrived in the garden. Every year I'm thinking that I should start a calendar of what starts to flower when - but never seem to get 'round to it. Are you doing something like this? Like a 'flower-clock'?

The cerinthe is a new plant for this year. I grew it from a pack of seeds, sowing it on the windowsill indoors in early March. |
